myETF.eu is an independent educational platform for retail investors across Europe. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or financial institution. This site is operated by an individual based in Malta, which is why the supervisory authority named below is the Maltese one. We collect only what is necessary to run this service: • Email address — if you voluntarily submit it via our email reminder form. • AI chat messages — messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not store your chat history. • Usage data — Vercel (our hosting provider) collects standard server logs including IP addresses, page visits, and browser type. This is anonymous and used for performance monitoring only. • Page-view statistics — we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free, privacy-friendly service that counts page visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not store personal profiles.

• Your email address is used solely to send you the reminder email you requested. We will not send unsolicited emails or share your address with third parties. • AI messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data. We do not use your messages for any other purpose. • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate this site: • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy) • Anthropic — AI assistant processing (anthropic.com/privacy) • Resend — stores the email address you submit via our email forms, so we can send you the reminder you requested (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy) Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

myETF.eu does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Vercel may set functional cookies required for the site to operate. For page-view statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individuals. We do not use Google Analytics.

As an EU resident, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction or deletion of your data • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from emails) • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — either the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta, where this site is operated from, or the data protection authority in your own EU country To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@myetf.eu and we will respond within 30 days.

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We do not retain AI chat messages. Server logs are retained by Vercel according to their own policies.

We may update this policy occasionally. Any significant changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
