myETF.eu is an independent educational platform for Maltese retail investors. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or financial institution. This site is operated by an individual based in Malta. For privacy-related questions, contact us at: hello@myetf.eu

We collect only what is necessary to run this service: • Email address — if you voluntarily submit it via our email reminder form. • AI chat messages — messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not store your chat history. • Usage data — Vercel (our hosting provider) collects standard server logs including IP addresses, page visits, and browser type. This is anonymous and used for performance monitoring only.

• Your email address is used solely to send you the reminder email you requested. We will not send unsolicited emails or share your address with third parties. • AI messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data. We do not use your messages for any other purpose. • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate this site: • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy) • Anthropic — AI assistant processing (anthropic.com/privacy) Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

myETF.eu does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Vercel may set functional cookies required for the site to operate. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics platform.

As an EU resident, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction or deletion of your data • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from emails) • Lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@myetf.eu and we will respond within 30 days.

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We do not retain AI chat messages. Server logs are retained by Vercel according to their own policies.

We may update this policy occasionally. Any significant changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
